Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes.
Exchange period: 30 days.
The item must be in its box and in perfect condition, along with the exchange receipt (essential for exchange purposes).

Returns are made as store credit vouchers valid for 1 year.

I've damaged/lost one of your parts. What can I do?

We repair and maintain the parts. Should you lose any, you can contact us to order the missing part.

Can I visit the studio?

Yes, our studio is also a shop and is open to the public, from Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, so no appointment is necessary.

Do you do maintenance/repairs on the parts?

What is the price of gold plating/baths?

The price of repairs and gold plating depends HEAVILY on the piece in question and is directly linked to gold price fluctuations.

Do you make custom pieces?

We make custom pieces in gold (9, 14, and 19 karats).

How much in advance should I order an out-of-stock product?

When a product is out of stock on the website, you can order it via email, Instagram, or phone.
These orders can take up to 1 month, so we advise placing your order with that much advance notice.

How long do the repairs take?

Alterations can take up to 4 weeks. This is the estimated timeframe, although alterations are often completed sooner.

Do you deliver? How long does it take?

We offer same-day delivery in the municipalities of Lisbon!

MAINLAND PORTUGAL

  • "SAME DAY" option (€4.40 and only available for the municipalities of Lisbon) - Same-day delivery;
  • "NEXT DAY" option (€4) - Delivery in 2 business days;
  • "Store Pickup" option (no additional costs) - Ready for pickup at our store in 15 minutes;
  • "Pick-Up Point" option (€3.80) - Delivery on the next day.

SPAIN

  • Spain option (€5-7) - Delivery in 1/2 business days

ISLANDS

  • Islands option (€8) - Delivery in 5/9 business days

EUROPE
