We offer same-day delivery!
If the shipping address is in the municipalities of Cascais, Oeiras, or Lisbon, and you complete the payment before 2 PM on a business day, selecting the "SAME DAY Shipping" option (for €4.40), you will receive your order on the same day!
For shipments to the rest of mainland Portugal, you can select the "Standard Shipping" option (for €4), in which case you will also receive your order within 2 business days.
If you prefer, you can also select the "Pick-up at store" option, in which case we will hand-deliver your order (at no extra cost) to the Maria Avillez Joalheria atelier. You can come by whenever it suits you best, at Rua da Lapa 104B, Lisbon, between Monday and Friday from 12pm to 7pm.

Care for Parts and Exchange/Return Policy
Care instructions for the pieces:
Oxidation (a natural process of silver) can be delayed and the life of silver plating extended by taking the following precautions:
- Avoid contact with abrasive products or situations, especially cosmetics, detergents, or perfumes;
- Avoid other situations that cause excessive wear and tear, which occur especially with rings and bracelets;
- Store the pieces in appropriate, sealed packaging to prevent the natural oxidation of the silver;
- Pack the parts carefully to avoid friction, ensuring that the wires remain closed and separated from each other;
- Sweat and chlorine do not contribute to the durability of the garments;
- Clean polished pieces occasionally with a cloth specifically for silver, and for gold-plated pieces, use a cloth specifically for gold-plated silver. For matte pieces, it is best to apply a liquid cleaner specifically for silver or gold-plated silver. We recommend Hagerty cloths or liquids ( hagertyportugal.com ).
The durability of the plating depends on how carefully you use and maintain your pieces.
Over time, the bath will fade. Whenever necessary, we can provide a new bath for a fee.
Exchange and Return Policy:
The exchange period is 30 days after the purchase date. The item must be returned in its original box and in perfect condition, along with the exchange receipt (essential for exchange purposes).
If the customer is unable to go to the store, they must send us an email and we will handle the exchange process through that channel. In this case, the shipping costs for sending both the item to be exchanged and the new item will be the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges during the Christmas period are only accepted until January 10th.
Returns are not accepted, but exchanges for a voucher valid for 1 year are available.
