Orders
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email in the mailbox you indicated.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Sending proof of payment is not necessary unless requested by the brand.
Completing the order represents full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as the general terms and conditions.
Deadlines
Delivery times for orders depend on the availability of parts in stock.
If the items are in stock, the maximum shipping time is 3 to 5 business days nationwide. For same-day delivery, purchases must be made by 2 PM at the latest (valid for deliveries in the Lisbon, Oeiras, and Cascais areas).
For custom-made pieces, such as rings that are not in stock and are made to order, delivery can take up to 1 month. For more information on delivery times, please contact us.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during festive periods and holidays.
Payment methods
We accept credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express and Visa) through the Stripe platform, PayPal and MB Way.
Delivery
For your order to be valid, please fill in the billing and delivery addresses completely and correctly.
The addresses can be different if you want delivery to an address other than the tax address indicated for billing purposes.
Orders are shipped from our studio in Lisbon, according to the selected delivery method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information.
Registered mail is not insured. If you wish to purchase insurance, you must be notified via email and pay the additional cost, which we will indicate after reviewing the available options. After the item has been shipped, Maria Avillez Jewellery is not responsible for any loss of the order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be added to the total order cost and shipping destination. Before finalizing your order, you can get an estimate of the shipping costs.
Occasionally, there may be free shipping promotions, clearly marked on the online store.
Exchanges
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange. Exchanges will only be processed after the item has been inspected and confirmed to be unused.
The exchange is for another item of equal or greater value. Shipping costs are added to the total price.
To activate the process, you must send an email to info@mariaavillezjewellery.com or visit us at the studio.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Right of free resolution
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the purchase of the item. The decision to withdraw must be communicated by email to info@mariaavillezjewellery.com , accompanied by the buyer's details.

Guarantee
In accordance with Portuguese law, Maria Avillez Jewellery jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty.
Damage caused by improper use, loss, deterioration, oxidation, inadequate storage and cleaning, mishandling, negligence, and accidents is not included.
Parts that have been serviced by individuals other than the brand will no longer be covered by the warranty.
For warranty purposes, please provide the invoice number or other valid proof of purchase via email to info@mariaavillezjewellery.com
Information
Maria Avillez Jewellery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any part of the website without prior notice. You may also make any other changes to the website, materials, and products or services described on the website at any time without prior notice.
In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, offering them the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. If the customer wishes to receive a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
